ONE CUSTOMER'S STORY
Our consultants look for solutions to problems with all types of acrylic fabrics.
Randy needed to repair a tear on a commercial awning BUT the canopy was over 100’ wide. Taking the structure down from the building was absolutely not an option.
A matching piece of Sunpatch was applied using a hot-air gun and roller, with repeated pressure, for just two minutes. The extremely adhesive backing took hold, and Randy was relieved that the project was much simpler than expected. The patch has been in place for over a year. Randy is thriller with the results.
"Sunpatch is fantastic and quick solution to a difficult and potentially expensive repair.. Sunpatch could add years of life to my Sunbrella awning.

For “Perceived” Leakage Issues
Prior to applying SunPatch, surfaces should be clean and free of debris. For best results, Sunpatch should be applied using heat. The acrylic repair patch will adhere immediately but will take 24 hours to fully cure.
For stronger patching, or where there is a larger hole in the fabric, use Sunpatch on both sides of the material, cut 1” beyond the outside edge of the hole. It is recommended that you round cut the corners of your patch. This will prevent sharp corners from getting caught on something and lifting/curling.
The standard size is 6" wide by 5' long. Custom widths and lengths are available, minimum 2 yards (60” width) of fabric. A 6” x 6” individual/sample patch is available for $8.95 with free shipping.
Request a quotation for additional colors and custom panel (2 yard minimum).
